The Department of Commerce with Computer Applications was started in the year 2011 with a view to impart knowledge in commerce clubbed with computer applications. Rapid Industrialization and fast growth of the service sector has opened up a huge number of avenues and opportunities for the students in commerce with computer background. This Programme offers students with a wide range of managerial skills, while at the same time building competence in a particular area of business.
The Sterling Association of Department of Commerce with Computer Applications provides a platform for the students to exhibit their talents in various commerce and computer oriented fields which will help them to enhance their knowledge and various skills like Communication, Mind power management, Decision making, Entrepreneurial and Management. It also creates a plat form to grasp team work and Critical thinking thereby building self confidence. International and National Seminars, Conferences, Workshops, and Webinars are organized to encourage the students in competitions like presentation and publication of papers.
