Mathematics

Mathematics is one of the essential emanations of the human spirits. The Department of Mathematics began its journey with an Under Graduate course in 2005 and was upgraded to the Post Graduate level in 2016. Periodical Guest Lectures, Competitions and exhibitions have been conducted by the department to achieve human excellence along with academic excellence. The Department has produced some distinguished ranks. Under the able guidance of the dedicated faculty, students have shown remarkable achievements in Co-curricular activities. We have a dedicated team of experienced faculty to enrich the knowledge capacity of the students.

AIM

• To create a new learning environment that will encourage mathematical intelligence.
• To strengthen the students analytical abilities in the field of Mathematics.

OBJECTIVES

• To inculcate the habit of executing effective implementation of Mathematical problems in the minds of all concerned, which they can apply in their professional life in future.
• To strengthen the students in the field of numerical aptitude.
• To pass on the passion for Mathematics to the younger generations.
• To strive for academic excellence and impart quality education with emphasis on Mathematics.
